Founder and Managing Director
Rodger Lutalo
Rodger Lutalo founded RL Investments Ltd and, as its Managing Director, built the company around safe, dependable transport and distribution.
Under his leadership the company grew from secondary petroleum transport into a diversified logistics business serving manufacturers, distributors, FMCG companies, industrial enterprises and oil marketing companies, and introduced the custom ERP system and GPS fleet tracking that its operations run on today.

Julius Mutebi
Leads day-to-day transport operations: trip planning and dispatch, fleet availability and maintenance, driver deployment and delivery performance.
HSE Manager
Ouma Henry
Leads health, safety and environment: policies and procedures, driver safety training, incident investigation, emergency preparedness and HSE reporting.

Company management sets direction, approves policies and reviews operational, financial and safety performance. Managers are accountable for their areas and report on them regularly.
